Terms governing service scope, account use, billing, refunds, and liability for AdsChecks.
Service scope
AdsChecks is an audit and verification service for page and ad-slot checks. A verified page means one completed page load for a target URL in a selected check context (GEO + device), with verification of up to 5 predefined ad slots.
Delivered results may include slot statuses, screenshots, JSON metadata, UTC timestamp, and related evidence references.
AdsChecks provides audit, evidence, and verification. It does not guarantee ad delivery, impressions, or revenue outcomes.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information when requesting access or using the service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all use under your account.
You may use AdsChecks only for lawful verification and audit purposes and only in environments you are authorized to test.
Billing and plan use
AdsChecks offers paid plans structured by monthly verified page capacity: Starter at $39/month for up to 500 pages with scheduling and no GEO routing, Growth at $79/month for up to 1,000 pages with scheduling and GEO routing, Standard at $149/month for up to 3,000 pages with scheduling and GEO routing, and Custom plans for higher-volume usage. Usage is charged when a page load is completed. Charged outcomes include OK, SLOT_EMPTY, CHALLENGE_DETECTED, and BLOCKED.
Access is confirmed directly and billing begins only after the selected commercial scope is approved.
If payments are enabled, charges, taxes, and renewal terms are presented before purchase through the applicable billing flow. AdsChecks may use Paddle as merchant of record for payment processing.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
- no unlawful access, scraping, or interference with third-party systems
- no use of the service to misrepresent verification outcomes or evidence
- no abuse of infrastructure, automation, or access credentials
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if your use creates operational risk, breaches these terms, or exceeds the authorized plan scope without upgrade or additional capacity.
Intellectual property and customer materials
AdsChecks and its software, site content, and service materials remain the property of the service provider or its licensors. You retain rights in the URLs, selectors, and other materials you submit for checks, subject to the rights required for service delivery.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsChecks is provided on an as-available basis. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service period giving rise to the claim.
Governing law and notices
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
